This post is for one of the Vivacious clan members. I'm pretty sure you know who you are as you just approved me as the only reader to read your blog. Therefore, here is my reply to all your emo posts.
To my dearest one,
I know the month of you and Romeo falling apart is approaching. In fact, there isn't much time left to waste. It's either you gonna use the time to fullest for the special moment that you're about to treasure later on or you gonna continue being depressed and emo right now. Let me tell you a story. I'll let you judge whether it is a sad one or a happy one. Here it goes;
This story taken place back in the year of 2oo6. This girl,HW is only 16 back then. She just entered form 4 and she had chosen art stream to further up her studies in form 4 and 5. And this is how she met Andy. They're both classmates. Andy is not really a bright student but a great athlete. He is a basketball player and an athlete representing the school and the state but as a person, he is a very shy guy. As for HW, she's an average student and a bubbly person. Though they're very different from one another, but still they fell for each other. It all started when they first sitting next to each other and start talking and sharing about their dilemma and all.
Next, friends around began to realize the bond between them got closer. Though Andy always tried to tell HW about his feelings for her, she never take it seriously because she thought it is his usual silly joke. Sooner enough, she started to developed feelings for him too. And one day, HW decided to tell him about her feelings and wanted to find out how will he react. He was drinking water at that time, and spontaneously she blurted it out. Andy choked! Later on, he asked HW whether is she serious about it. She answered yes but Andy took it as a joke as well. This went on about 2-3 months and as time goes by, feelings for one another grew fonder. A lot of things happened during that few months. They been sweet to each other, they argued, they teased one another. Basically, people around knew that they really attracted to each other. Not only friends, even teachers and Andy's younger sister that study in the same school as them knew about them. I bet you can imagine how sweet and how attached are they to one another~
Climax of the story~
On one faithful night, the shy Andy finally made his move. He took a chance for confession when HW texted him earlier wishing him good luck for tomorrow's basketball competition. After the whole talked things out conversation, HW thought she got him this time! Unfortunately, for complete two weeks, Andy didn't respond much about what he said on that night. He still treated her as usual and HW being an impatient person herself couldn't bear waiting and doing nothing about it. Thus, she did something to make him made a move. Sadly, things turned out ugly. They didn't make it as a couple because Andy is worrying too much about future. He is too concerned about what future lies ahead. He is too blinded with time and worried about what might happen and what he gotta do when things got out of hand. He got too many "IF" on his mind.
After such a beautiful opening for this love story, it ended up sour. Why? It is because sometimes in reality, we are thinking too much and doing too much. We always wish to do our best, we always wish we can just turn back the time and avoid the mistakes we have done in the past. As a matter of fact, we all know it is impossible. It is good to be cautious and take one step at a time and there is no need to rush into things blindly~ Of course, it is a wise thing to do, only we don't take too much time making a decision and put things on hold for too long. Before you can catch whatever you want, it drifted away right in front of you. Woosh! Disappear in the air just like that. Life is too short and we often think that time is catching us. The answer is NO! IT IS US CATCHING THE TIME~
Back to the story of Andy and HW. Now, they both still remained friends till this very day. Even though both of them still felt something for each other and knowing the fact that both of them aren't meant to be together.
The moral of the story:
Even Andy and HW didn't become an item in the end, still, both of them cherished and treasured those sweet and sour moments they once shared. Do not always assume love need to be eternal, need to be in a great length of showing off one another tender loving care, need to be huge, need to be a big thing and need to be there for one another 24/7.Why don't we assume love as a token of doing small things to one another,and a token of not being able to be there 24/7 but deep down, we know that the other person love and care for us. Most importantly, we don't get tired of loving and caring for that person regardless whatever happen and whatever status he/she is in your heart because you know be it a lover, a friend, a family member...all of them are the precious treasure we all do not want to lose~ Never stop loving, caring and cherish all the special moments without any fear of what gonna happen the next day. As long as you cherish, you won't regret and when it is time to go and move on, you know you do what you can at that point of time and definitely there won't be a sigh at the end of the day.
To all my readers / followers of my blog, what do you think about this story?
Personally, I think that though Juliet and Romeo in this story didn't end up together. Romeo and Juliet do learned something out of this. It changed the way they think, the way they see things and the way they deal with things. Although the pain of things falling apart, they patched things up and moved on. Together, their memories for each other remained unchanged and always on their mind.
